Perform opening and closing side work according to standards to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently. Serve guests with all food and beverage requirements in a warm, friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Maintain clean service areas in the front and back of house. Run food and serve the guests following the standards. Polish all silverware and glassware. Reset the tables. Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests. Clear dishes from the table and maintain the table throughout the dining experience. Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
