HVAC Technician

Description:Hit Apply below to send your application for consideration Ensure that your CV is up to date, and that you have read the job specs first.We are seeking an experienced in-house HVAC technician to complete work orders and be responsible for preventative maintenance and new installs. Requirements:5+ Years of Commercial HVAC experience Type 1 and Type 2 certifications Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Basic computer skills, including email and SmartSheets is a plus Experience with older buildings is a plus Must be organized and maintain a clean work space Daily communication with the office manager on job progress and supply needs Reports to management upon job completion or when problems/discrepancies occur Adheres to established policies and procedures, paying particular attention to safety regulations Must have the ability to work on and support a team Must have basic computer skills and email knowledge Must have effective time management skills Must have the ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs We offer:Health/Dental/Vision/Short Term Disability/Life Insurance401K Enrollment with employer matchFull Time position - no contract workPI829e31ec23b4-30134-37306477
