This position requires a hands-on manager who will complete maintenance items and supervise others to do the same. The Operations Manager knows and trains all subordinates as to their job and monitors the execution of their job to ensure consistency, order, and quality.Requirements:Requirements The Operations Manager responsibilities include:Understanding Routine HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenanceManage various projects and workers on a continuous basis.Schedule all projects utilizing both employees and subcontractor network to meet deadlinesManage, maintain, and expand the subcontractor networkAptitude for competent on-site decision-making and team leadership.Running of weekly Monday AM meeting, where schedules are delivered to team members and questions addressed.Must have basic computer skills, Microsoft Word, and email knowledge requiredAbility to troubleshoot and provide maintenance and repair directionOversee the handling of all service calls within a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the tenantEnsures that the company's quality standards relating to Common areas and Tenant suites is maintained at all times.
