Here, you'll have the chance to develop your skills, contribute your ideas, and grow with a company committed to engineering a better tomorrow.What You'll Be DoingTroubleshoot and repair compressors by identifying root causes of test failures and implementing effective solutions.Collaborate with engineers and leaders to prevent future issues and improve first-pass yield (FPY).Process refurbished and customer-returned units to prepare them for successful re-entry into production.Support quality and safety by maintaining an orderly workspace and following all standards and procedures.Work across multiple tasks including mechanical assembly, functional testing, material handling, and validation testing in the R&D lab.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED, with 1-3 years of related experience or training.EPA 608 certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).Experience with mechanical or electrical systems, and ability to use tools such as hydraulic presses, pneumatic equipment, or air wrenches.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to diagnose failures and carry out precise repairs.Ability to work safely, follow procedures, and contribute to a clean and collaborative team environment.Ready to Make a Difference?If this role excites you, we'd love to hear from you!
