Heavy Duty Body Technician

*Job description*Check you match the skill requirements for this role, as well as associated experience, then apply with your CV below.WE ARE GROWING and WE ARE LOOKING FOR:_*Career minded individuals that encompass integrity, intelligence, and energy.*_Duties:* Assists in repairing accident related damage to vehicles while adhering to factory specifications and industry standards to restore them to pre-collision condition* Assists in repairing of all series of motor truck and trailer equipment including, but not limited to the following: Cab/ Sheet Metal Repair, Fiberglass Repair, Composite Bonding/ Repair, Welding/ Fabricating, Box Repair/ Replacement, Surface Preparation, and Paint/ Mixing/ Tinting/ Blending.* Shadows experienced body technician as a mentor to start a career path for a collision repair technician* Helps to prepare vehicles for body repair work, including thorough disassembly of vehicles to assess all damages upfront, researching proper OEM repair procedures, assist in creating the repair plan, and meticulous assembly and attention to detail of the finished product* Maintains a clean and safe work area.* Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer.Requirements:* 18+ years or older* 2 year Body or Paint Repair Experience required* Integrity of workmanship* Ability to communicate effectively* Willingness to master your skills through continuous training and improvement* Some experience in auto body repair, painting, or estimating is preferred but not required.* Ability to perform heavy lifting, bending, climbing and physical tasks as required* Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues* Strong communication skillsNote: This position has the ability to work into a full time position with proven work outcomes.Job Type: Part-timePay: $17.50 - $23.50 per hour (BOE)Schedule:* Day shift* Monday to FridayExperience:* Body Collison repair: 2 year (Minimum Required)Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: $41,600.00 - $62,400.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Day shift* Monday to FridayAbility to Relocate:* Savannah, GA 31408: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
