Final candidates will be invited to a virtual or in-person interview.Compensation:$45,000 - $50,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Prepare legal documents for probate (court forms, inventories, accountings)Conduct legal research for probate casesOrganize and manage case files and legal documentsMaintain and update case management systemsCommunicate with clients, witnesses, court staff, and other partiesSchedule appointments, meetings, and court datesDraft legal correspondenceCalendar key tasks and deadlinesQualifications:Excellent clerical and administrative skillsStrong phone etiquette and professional communicationFamiliarity with case management systemsExceptional organizational and time management abilitiesExperience in a law firm, preferably working with trusts and estatesAbout CompanyWe value open and respectful feedback as well as work-life balance.
