TDG Facilities is looking for a Facility Site Lead / Facilities Maintenance candidate to support a facility located in the Greater Cincinnati / Cincinnati West Side area. Our team is seeking a dependable site-based maintenance technician to manage preventative maintenance and general repairs while managing a small onsite cleaning team. Qualified candidates will have maintenance experience, excellent communication, organization, and self-management skills.  If you enjoy supporting a dedicated customer facing team, this role could be a perfect fit for you. Come join a fast-growing company with a commitment to growing talent and providing exceptional service.Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7:30am to 4pm.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Support customer work order requests and manage a small facilities teamOversee team delivery tasks, provide quality oversight, and verify that tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and properly.Complete scheduled maintenance tasks including light plumbing, light electrical, general maintenance, etc.Support basic diagnostics within HVAC and building systemsExperience in Commercial Facility Maintenance Service preferredSupport oversight of life safety related tasks (fire inspections, elevator inspections, etc.) by contracted service providersAbility to maintain detailed and complete records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities.Maintain site supply inventory and toolingDevelop and maintain client relationships including participation in client meetingsUse computer to modify and monitor work order management systemWork with the operations manager to maintain the facility within the approved budgetsQUALIFICATIONS:Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with general commercial maintenanceGood leadership skills and the ability to facilitate a positive teamwork atmosphereAbility to troubleshoot general maintenance issues and diagnose building repair issuesAbility to communicate effectively and courteously with a wide range of peopleAbility to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfactionBENEFITS:Health, Dental, Vision, STD/LTDPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysCompany-match Retirement Savings Plan!Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.TDG Facilities is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
