About the RolesBarista position:4 or 5 Days a week including Saturday and Sunday, you'll serve as a Barista and be Front of House the whole shift from 6:00AM-1:00PM, 8:00AM-4:00PM, or 1:00PM-7:00PM. Hybrid Barista with Weekend Baking Duties position:This is not a typical barista job "” it's a hybrid position that combines early morning hands-on baking with a vital front-of-house customer service role. On weekends, you'll begin your shift early as a Baker from 4:30AM-7:00AM, preparing our signature breads and baked goods, then transition to the front of the store when we open for the day, serving as a Barista and customer service expert from 7:00AM-1:00PM. During the week, you'll serve as a Barista and be Front of House the whole shift from 6:00AM-1:00PM, 8:00AM-4:00PM, or 1:00PM-7:00PM. We're looking for team members who thrive on interaction "” those who love starting conversations, helping customers find their favorite pastry, and keeping the front looking sharp and running smoothly.
