Join us on this journey toward a healthier, more accessible future with TelyRx.Responsibilities:Respond to phone calls from patients in a professional and patient mannerRespond to emails from patients in a professional and patient mannerRemain agile for performing workflow tasks such as data entry, filling, inventory and shippingUnder the direct supervision of a pharmacist dispense and package medications accurately and efficientlyAssist in maintaining Inventory and appropriate labeling of medicationsPatient follow up via phone calls both inbound and outbound and voicemailsProcess refill requests and cancellationsAssist with shipping and handling when neededData entry/attentiveness with order quantities and look alike sound alike medicationsRequirements:Qualifications:The ideal candidate must have an active registered pharm tech license in the state of Texas. Able to commit to Monday through Friday, and weekend shifts as needed.Excellent customer service and verbal skills and problem-resolution Excellent written communication skills Be agile, flexible, and willing to learn as we grow and evolve Must be able to be onsite at our Clearwater pharmacy for hours worked Proficient in Microsoft apps and/or Google apps A collaborative "get it done" approach to exceed our patients' expectations Highschool diploma or general education degree (GED) At Least one-year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
