Works collaboratively with all other departments in support of Komponents Holdings, LLC. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, a strong understanding of machine operations and a commitment to safety and quality standards.Essential Responsibilities: (other duties as assigned)Set up, operate and monitor flat panel machinery for 32mm panel productionEnsure machine settings are calibrated according to production specificationsInspect raw materials and finished panels for quality and consistencyPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipmentRecord production data and report any deviations or issuesFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environmentCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goalsIdentify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptlyAn individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.Competencies:Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsExperience operating flat panels or similar machineryStrong attention to detail and quality controlBasic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsWillingness to work in a fast paced, team-orientated environmentQualifications:Related experience preferred: Manufacturing, Carpentry, MaintenanceHigh school diploma or equivalentFamiliarity with 32mm system standards in cabinetry or furniture manufacturingKnowledge of lean manufacturing principlesConsistent and timely attendance requiredAbility to follow directionsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsPhysical / Mental Demands:Ability to lift, bend, walk and stand for extended periods of timeAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally (Generally weight for lifting, pulling and pushing is less than 50 pounds).Reaching.
