This Sr. Financial Analyst role supports two divisions within the organization and offers the opportunity to be part of a collaborative finance team during a time of growth and centralization. The Opportunity Our client is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join their finance team in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The Sr. Financial Analyst will play a key role in consolidations, planning, and forecasting, as well as providing analytical support to department leaders. This highly visible role provides direct exposure to business unit leadership and is an excellent next step for someone with a strong foundation in accounting or finance who wants to broaden into FP&A. Responsibilities Collaborate with accounting on reclassification of entries and monthly close Support consolidations using BPC after accounting finalizes entries Partner with department heads to build budgets, forecasts, and SG&A planning Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights Reconcile data, prepare reports, and collaborate across departments Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting cycles, and ad hoc projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting; FP&A exposure preferred Publicly traded or multinational company experience is a plus Strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office (Excel required; Power BI a plus) Manufacturing industry experience helpful, but not required Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Why Join?
