You will leverage your tax expertise to provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support. Your ability to demonstrate understanding of each customer's unique situation and connect with them on a personal level is critical to alleviating the stress some may feel when tackling their taxes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations (e.g., personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments).
