We offer a broad range of services in the community or facility-based to help patients and their families ease the burden of managing a life-limiting illness or end of life care.Submit your CV and any additional required information after you have read this description by clicking on the application button.Overall responsibility for developing new referral relationship opportunities for perspective hospice patients; acting as a resource to these accounts and existing accounts in an assigned territory. Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five years' experience in business development and /or marketing in a health organization or business.Experience in Hospice or Palliative Care preferred and experience in Account Management.Knowledge of COPs for Hospice and Palliative Care and reimbursement for Hospice desirable.New York State RN licensure.CHPN after first year of hire.
