Growing together.   Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.Primary Responsibilities:Actively participate in walk-through, inspection, reviews, and user group meetings for quality assuranceDevelop test cases and prioritize testing activitiesExecute all the test cases and report defects, define severity and priority for each defectCarry out regression testing every time changes are made to the code to fix defectsPrepare the status report for testing activitiesDevelop an in-depth system and application knowledge to provide higher test quality and coverageConstantly working towards test automationCollaborate as part of the scrum team in grooming user stories and development of acceptance criteria for the user storiesWorking with SQL, ETL QA, and automation:Share and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to staff, business sponsors, managers, and technical resources in clear concise language that is appropriate to the target audienceParticipate in communities of practice to share knowledge, learn, and innovateResearch and implement tools that support faster delivery with high qualityDevelop innovative approaches, Hands on Testing & validationUsing AI enabled tools for testing, Copilot for daily project activitiesUser: Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovationYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field2+ years of experience in QA/testing with a focus on data warehouse, ETL, or BI testing2+ years of experience with SQL skills for data validation and test automation2+ years of experience with QA tools like HP ALM, JIRA, ADO or similar2+ years of experience in writing test cases and executing manual and automated testsPreferred Qualifications: Advanced Tools & Technologies:Strong understanding of Bronze/Silver/Gold data architecture in modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse)SQL CertificationExperience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Scripting experience in Python or Shell for test automationExperience in domains like Medicaid (Healthcare), Claims and ProvidersExposure to AI/ML model validation or testing data pipelines that support machine learning workflowsISTQB or equivalent QA certificationFamiliarity with data warehouse concepts (star/snowflake schema, fact/dimension tables)Strong understanding of data quality, data profiling, and reconciliation techniquesPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment.
