Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on.Position Responsibilities Guide and process customer inquiries regarding custom print and drop ship orders in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.Act as liaison between customers and vendors via phone and email, monitoring orders to ensure timely production and delivery to our customers.Be a product expert to understand customers' needs and provide effective solutions and exceptional customer service.Review and edit customer artwork for their custom orders to ensure it is production ready.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
