Supervise any staff to include those working in the PCS warehouse, Shop Maintenance Department, and Facility Maintenance department. Ensure that materials are at appropriate levels such as to meet the expectations and needs of our customers. Maintain constant communication with Group Manager to ensure operations of all departments are operating at expectation.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork in a safe manner, recognize and correct warehouse / yard hazards, and comply with WBC safety requirementsServe as a safe and productive member Preferred SupplySupervise Preferred Supply staff(Warehouse, Inside Sales, Procurement, Clerical) and ensure they are being productive, supporting Outside Sales Rep(s), performing their duties to meet expectations, and staying on taskIdentify products and materials we should warehouse and make recommendations to Group ManagerDevelop and Maintain relationships / rapport with Internal / External Customers, Logistics, Shop Maintenance, and Facilities Maintenance team members and supervisorsManage the receipt and storage of all products ordered and stocked in the Eagleville, TN warehouseDistribution of products / materials - receive requests and arrange for the efficient delivery of such materialsUtilize the automated inventory management system using the inventory module in Viewpoint or any future warehouse management systemMaintain accurate records of proof of purchase / receipt for accountingMaintain accurate records of shipping and billing to the appropriate WBI Job or Outside Sales CustomerEnsure that product is available to meet the customer's orders by controlling inventory levels via physical counts and reconciling with the inventory system / Group ManagerCoordinate directly with HQ Purchasing Representative to ensure that inventory levels are being maintained properly and place restock ordersMaintain the warehouse and yard in a neat, clean physical conditionCoordinate deliveries via the logistics groupOrder / Source any maintenance consumables needed for the shop or facility, e.g., oil filter, air filters, oil, flowers, pine needles, etc.On occasion deliver materials / products to customersSupervise full-time and part-time employeesCreate / Review / Maintain management reports and statisticsAssist with annual budgets as neededSafety equipment and field survey equipment - manage the internal and outsourced repair of these itemsFacility Security - Develop and maintain security measures for the sitePerform all other tasks and duties as assignedMarginal Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain existing procedures of all outgoing and incoming product/materials.Oversee inventory and maintain the warehouse in a clean and organized fashion.Support sales and marketing activities as neededSupervise Shop Maintenance employee(s) and ensure they are productive and staying on task (Perform tasks until position is filled)Supervise Facility Maintenance employee(s) and ensure they are productive and staying on task (Perform tasks until position is filled)QualificationsExcellent interpersonal communication, customer service and leadership skillsFrugal (Driven to save), strong business acumenIntelligent, thinks logically and critically, strong analytical abilityExcellent planning and organization skillsMake decisions based on facts / statistics, problem solve, prioritize assignmentsKnowledge of the legal requirements of operating a warehousePeople supervisory skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others, delegate work and explain ideasStrong technical skills, particularly database management and spreadsheetsIndustry relevant experienceAbility to work under and meet deadlinesPersonnel additions and issues should be discussed with Group ManagerID21Education and/or ExperienceHigh School Diploma / GED - RequiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities RequiredLight equipment training / experience - RequiredComputer Skills (typing, email, internet, MS Office / Excel) - RequiredValid driver's license - RequiredWorking ConditionsIndoors - FrequentlyOutdoors - FrequentlyTemperatures - SeasonalLoud Noise - InfrequentlyForty to Fifty-hour work weeks - FrequentlyCertificates, Licenses, RegistrationsOSHA 10-Hour Certification - Required (Provided by company)Physical DemandsLifting, carrying or moving up to 50 poundsStanding for long periods of timeDriving for short and/or long periods of timeFrequent climbing and leaningManual dexterityPM20Wayne Brothers, Inc is an Equal Employment Opportunity/ Affirmative Action Employer.
