Work Hours: Bi-Rotational week schedule (1st week, 3 days of work; 2nd week, 2 days of work), including weekend. 12-hour shift. Location: Libertyville, IL Description: A major pharmaceutical manufacturing facility located in Libertyville, IL is looking for 3 Warehouse Associates. No previous forklift experience is required. Previous warehouse experience is required. The candidate must be available to work a weekend rotating shift from 6pm-6am. There is flexibility on training on a day shift if needed. The ideal candidate would be willing and interested in learning how to operate the forklift. The following is required: Solid communication skills. There must be a comfort level in composing an email to management and peers. Must be able to work as a team however be self-motivated to stay on task Must be detail oriented; includes being able to verify list and lot while picking/verifying/issuing and ensuring all items are labeled correctly before issuing them to production. High School Diploma Job Description: The Warehouse Associate I, is responsible for receiving, sampling, storing, issuing and shipping materials. This role works with the supply chain team to ensure inventory levels are accurate and materials are stored in the appropriate locations. This role supports all manufacturing activities at the site. Responsibilities: Receive all materials that come into the facility. Locate and store all inventory items in the ERP system and physically locate them. Work with Production and Labs for materials that are required and need to be issued out. Responsible for shipping all materials out of the facility. This includes hazmat shipments, export shipments and temperature sensitive shipments. Responsible to stay current on all training and shipping regulations. Complete inventory cycle counts to maintain current inventory accuracy. Other related duties as assigned.
