This role will serve as a key extension of the Sales and Finance teams"”bridging cost accounting, pricing analysis, and sales forecasting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and brings strong financial and analytical acumen to support strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and competitive price quotations and proposals for new and existing products.Lead and coordinate the budgeting process related to sales input and ensure ongoing maintenance of sales data.Generate and distribute sales revenue, margin, and forecasting reports at global, entity, channel, and customer levels.Analyze the financial impact of customer rebate accruals, deductions, and credits against agreements.Manage and validate sales data, ensuring accuracy and data integrity across databases and reporting systems.Develop and deliver sales reporting tools, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations for executive and cross-functional teams.Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT to improve forecasting, planning, and pricing strategy.Support strategic initiatives by producing reports used in Sales Plans, Budgeting/Forecasting, and Supply Chain/Operations Planning.Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support business needs.Report directly to the VP of Finance while actively supporting the Business Development and Sales Teams.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).4+ years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or sales analysis within a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing strongly preferred).Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI, SQL, or Power Query is a strong plus.Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex financial and sales data with keen attention to detail.Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and with external customers.Self-starter with a proactive, team-oriented approach.Why Join Us?Opportunity to make a direct impact on pricing strategy, financial analysis, and sales growth.Work closely with leadership in a highly visible role.Competitive compensation with flexibility for the right candidate (contract-to-hire or permanent).Growth opportunity within a stable, industry-leading manufacturer.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed.
