Established Inside Sales Agents within our Company make over $100,000 per year!Eligible for Health benefits, SEP Fund, Paid Time Off, and Vacation Days after 90 days.Set a 40-hour work week!Available shifts: 9 - 5 pm OR 10:30 - 6:30 pmMust work at least (1) 10:30 - 6:30 pm shifts per weekGreat company culture and working environmentCompensation: $80,000 - $95,000Responsibilities: No cold prospecting. Call back property inquiries and requestsMake or take 100+ dials per day to our database of buyers and sellers in waitingSet appointments for our agentsNo marketing or advertising necessaryAll buyer and seller leads suppliedAccountability and daily reportingGreat team atmosphereCommunicate clearly the motivation and interest of the appointments the agents are going onQualifications: Must have or be willing to obtain your real estate licenseMust have previous Sales ExperienceA great attitude. Some customer service sales calling experienceGood phone etiquette. Organized and highly motivatedSelf-disciplined.
