We're seeking a hands-on HR Manager to own the full spectrum of human resources"”from day-to-day operations to strategic initiatives that support our growing teamEssential DutiesPartner with leadership to align HR practices with business goals, including talent strategy, retention, and succession planningManage full-cycle recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding for both staff and exempt rolesDesign, implement, and monitor employee engagement programs, including pulse survey's, focus groups, and action-plan follow-throughOversee employee relations: conduct investigations, facilitate disciplinary meetings, and handle terminations with discretionOversee workers' compensation claims, manage return-to-work processes, and ensure workplace safety and OSHA complianceAdminister benefits programs; guide employees through enrollment, leaves of absence (FMLA, MN Paid Leave), and accommodationsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and keep policies up to dateMaintain HRIS (Paylocity) data integrity and generate reports to inform decision-makingCoordinate multi-state employment compliance for remote personnelAdditional ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver employee training on topics like performance management, harassment prevention, and company cultureServe as the "go-to" resource for managers and staff on HR questions and policy interpretationsSupport Strategic projects such as handbook updates, performance-management programs, and diversity initiativesCollaborate on special employee initiativesRequirements:QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; candidates without a degree must have 5-7 years of progressive HR experience in lieu of a degree.3-5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or operations environmentProven ability to balance tactical tasks (onboarding, benefits administration) with strategic projects (handbook updates, performance programs)Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in MinnesotaExcellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn HRIS/talent management systems (Paylocity)SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $80,000-$95,000 annually, commensurate with experienceWhat We Offer:· Medical, dental, and vision insurance· 401(k) with employer match· Paid time off and 12 paid holidays· Flexible work hours and work-life balance initiatives· Tuition reimbursement and professional development support· Employee Assistance Program (EAP)About ConduxFounded in Mankato, Condux combines innovation with a family-oriented culture.
