Ashley | The Wellsville Group's Aurora facility is a brand-new building offering distribution services to all of our Northeast Ohio locations. It houses some corporate offices and contains a newly opened small-scale Clearance Center. The Clearance Center is open to the public 4 days a week. As a Retail Associate you will be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing shopping environment, offering quality customer service experience and addressing all guests' questions and concerns. Additionally, you will assist with customer pick-ups and distribution center operations during downtime and during all work hours when the clearance center is not open for business.Considering making an application for this job Check all the details in this job description, and then click on Apply.What You'll DoAssist guests in the Clearance Center from start to finish by understanding needs and satisfying them and assisting with customer pickupsProvide recommendations, offer options and answer questionsMaintain a visually appealing showroom, clean, move furniture and create signageMaintain the cash drawer by recording cash received, providing accurate change and balancing the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shiftAssist with distribution center operations during downtimeWhat We're Looking ForCustomer service-oriented and a willingness to assist customers and exceed their expectationsAvailability to work the full-time schedule (Tuesday through Saturday 8:30AM - 5PM)Computer Literacy - proficiency with office software and learning new systemsPhysical ability to lift, lower, push or pull furniture up to 100lbs.Willingness to continuously learn about new products and services.Why You'll Love Working HereWe're more than just a store"”we're a community.
