CNC Lathe Machinist Key Responsibilities:Setup and Operation of horizontal lathesMDI (Manual Data Input) programming, using Inspection using manual gauges and instrumentsUnderstanding of GD&T and ability to read 2-D drawingsMonitor an inspect the part throughout the machining process including evidence in process inspection Observe all company quality and safety proceduresCommunicates and collaborates with team members in the sharing of information and solving technical issuesParticipates in Lean manufacturing events CNC Lathe Machinist Qualifications/Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDMust have 5+ years of experience as Lathe Machinist Strong work ethic and high attention to detail Flexible, ability to work in a fast-pace team environment Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information Great communication skills CNC Lathe Machinist Hours 6.m. - 2:30 p.m. (OT as needed)What we offer: Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
