Description:If you think you are the right match for the following opportunity, apply after reading the complete description.About the Role:The HR Business Partner is a key contributor to our Human Resources team and serves as a trusted partner to employees and leadership. This role covers a wide range of HR activities, including recruiting, employee engagement, benefits, safety, and compliance. The HRBP will also collaborate closely with the HR Manager, support our HRIS and payroll processes, and help deliver meaningful employee programs and events.What You'll Do:Partner with leaders to understand business needs and provide HR support. Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding. Lead employee engagement programs, appreciation events, and our internship program. Support safety initiatives and compliance with employment laws and company policies. Collaborate on employee relations, performance reviews, promotions, and investigations. Cross-train across HR functions, including backup for HRIS, benefits, and payroll. Prepare communications and partner with employees and managers to drive engagement. What We're Looking For:High School diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of progressive Recruiting and/or HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (in person and beyond email). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Why Join Us:At Mate Precision Technologies, our mission is to Respect, Support, and Inspire metalworking professionals around the world.
