This on-site based role, serves as a key face of our Aldon community"”welcoming prospects, leading tours, and responding quickly to resident needs. Responsibilities include:SalesLease rental apartments to maximize income and achieve occupancy goals.Conduct apartment and community tours.Follow up on phone and email leads promptly. MarketingComplete marketing reports, application, and leases.Shop the competition and assist with marketing ideas.Implement outreach marketing efforts. AdministrativeEducate prospective residents on the application process.Process applications, including document verification, credit checks, and informing applicants of their status.Prepare new leases, schedule move-in dates, conduct inspections, and collect move-in fees.Assist with office tasks and participate in resident activities.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or administration.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet; experience with OneSite preferred.Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.Self-starter with good judgment and problem-solving abilities.H.S.
