We're looking for someone who thrives in and out of the courtroom, brings compassion to clients, and delivers results with skill and integrity.Compensation:$110,000 - $205,000+Responsibilities:Attend court proceedings as needed to represent clientsAssist clients effectively by understanding their needs analyzing the situation then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of actionDivide marital assets, including real estate, when necessary during divorce proceedingsCreate legal documents such as pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, contracts, judgements and orders for a high volume of casesOrganize and maintain client files to ensure they are kept currentRepresent clients in all areas of family law, including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, and modificationsDraft and negotiate prenuptial agreements, parenting plans, and settlement agreementsHandle sensitive matters such as domestic violence, child abuse, and high-conflict custody casesManage cases from intake through resolution, whether by negotiation, mediation, or trialCollaborate with a strong team of paralegals, assistants, and intake staff so you can focus on high-value legal workQualifications:Candidates should be great negotiators and communicators, specifically in situations when emotions and stress are highExtra consideration for those with a criminal justice backgroundStrong knowledge base of representing plaintiffs and defendantsLicensed Massachusetts Family Law Attorney with 2+ years of hands-on experience in divorce and family lawStrong courtroom presence with proven litigation and negotiation skillsAbility to independently manage cases from intake through final judgmentConfident communicator who can counsel clients effectively under pressureOrganized, reliable, and committed to providing strategic and compassionate representationBonus Points If You:Experience handling real estate issues within divorce matters (marital home division, buyouts, etc.)Familiarity with Clio, Lawmatics, and Microsoft Office SuiteNew Hampshire bar licenseComfortable with tech and remote collaboration toolsA referral network or book of businessAbout CompanyMartino Law Group, LLC is a dynamic, fast-growing law firm representing clients in Divorce and Family Law, Personal Injury, Probate, Estate Planning, and Real Estate matters.
