AR Analyst Lead Key Responsibilities: Analyze high-volume accounts receivable data for trends, errors, and short payments Investigate customer deductions and document their causes Resolve invoice issues by collaborating with sales, customer service, and logistics Use Excel and ERP systems to match accounts and document resolutions Track aging reports and ensure timely follow-ups on open items Prepare month-end deduction summaries and note recurring issues Confirm promotional and freight deductions with trade and logistics teams Contact customers about outstanding balances and disputes as needed AR Analyst Lead Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of AR and Deductions Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros) Ability to analyze large volumes of transactional data Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to analyze large volumes of transactional data Experience with a large ERP system is a plus #INAUG2025#ZRCFS
