Career Stability!Job DetailsResponsibilities:Responsible for all month end closing activities including, but not limited to journal entries, supporting documentation, reconciliations, analysis, etc.Owns all aspects of fixed asset accounting and all capital expenditure spendInsightful analysis of results and forecasts presented to plant and executive managementDevelop / Manage product line profitability statements to support profitable growthProactively work with department management, cross-functional teams, and lead projects for development of countermeasures and continuous improvement to achieve forecasted resultsContinuous improvement of accounting processes to eliminate wasteDevelop / Implement / Manage a cycle counting procedure throughout the plantLead the preparation, analysis, and completion of the annual physical inventoryAudit costing, bills of material, and routings for accuracy and manage quoting process for sales teamWork with Industrial Engineer to update our routing process to improve costingSupport the creation of monthly forecastsSupport the creation of annual budget and cost roll activitiesPerform other duties as assignedQualifications: BS/BA financial degree and preferred continued education (CMA, CPA, or MBA)Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing financial roleExperience in MS Excel and strong analytical skillsInterested in hearing more?
