This essential role in our Charity campaigns will directly involve you in engaging the public, educating them on critical causes, & guiding them through the process of committing to sustained support for charitable initiatives. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will immerse yourself in comprehensive training, learning advanced techniques for direct consumer engagement & the precise execution of enrollment procedures. You'll develop expertise in clearly articulating the long-term value of recurring contributions or program participation, navigating potential supporter inquiries, & efficiently securing & processing new commitments. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Representative Proactively engage with prospective supporters in various public settings, community events, & designated outreach locations throughout Gretna. Clearly & persuasively present the benefits & impact of recurring donation programs, volunteer initiatives, or membership opportunities for our non-profit partners. Assist potential customers with the enrollment process, ensuring accurate and compliant completion of all required forms and digital inputs for recurring commitments. Secure new recurring donors or program participants, effectively addressing any hesitations or concerns they may have about long-term commitment. Process all enrollment & payment information securely & with meticulous accuracy using tablet-based systems, adhering strictly to data privacy & financial regulations. Consistently exceed enrollment targets, demonstrating a strong commitment to results and contributing to the funding of charitable causes. Maintain exceptionally organized & confidential records of all interactions, new enrollments, & supporter data within the designated CRM or enrollment databases. Educate potential supporters on the accountability & transparency of the charitable initiatives, building confidence in their decision to contribute long-term. Actively participate in daily team meetings, enrollment training, and coaching to share best practices and improve direct engagement and conversion skills. Provide immediate confirmation & initial appreciation to newly enrolled supporters, ensuring they feel valued & understand the ongoing impact of their commitment. Collaborate effectively with fundraising & customer service teams to ensure a seamless transition for newly enrolled supporters & to maximize long-term retention.
