Beverly Hills Injury Firm is a California personal injury firm with a track record of securing more than $100 million dollars for our clients. We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join our Litigation Team. This role is a fantastic fit for a results-oriented attorney who thrives in advocacy and courtroom practice, with responsibilities spanning complex, high-value personal injury matters from inception to verdict/settlement.Find out if this opportunity is a good fit by reading all of the information that follows below.The ideal candidate is self-assured, client-focused, and capable of excelling in a dynamic litigation environment. You will collaborate with seasoned trial lawyers and a robust litigation support network, with access to extensive resources designed to drive superior client outcomes.This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Los Angeles office.*Key Responsibilities*:- Oversee a full docket of litigated personal injury matters from filing to resolution- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and related documents- Attend and present arguments at court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations- Collaborate with clients, experts, and medical providers to develop effective case theories- Lead and supervise paralegals and legal assistants assigned to litigation matters- Maintain proactive communication with clients, ensuring clarity and support- Engage in settlement discussions and pre-trial preparation- Mentor junior attorneys- Preserve meticulous case files and documentation in line with legal and firm standards*Qualifications*:- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and an active California Bar license- 5+ years of litigation experience in personal injury or civil matters preferred- Superior oral and written advocacy abilities- Experience handling depositions, mediations, and motion practice- Demonstrated ability to manage a litigation docket independently- Excellent organizational and time-management skills*Compensation and Benefits:*- Competitive base compensation with performance-based bonuses- 401(k) plan- Generous vacation: 80 hours in the first year- Paid holidays- Medical, dental, vision insurance- Supplemental insurance options- Opportunities for career advancementOur Vision:We aspire to be a workplace where a diverse group of talented professionals chooses to come, stay, and excel.
