Our Contract Specialist manages all aspects of our automotive retail contracts and will work directly with our GM, sales team, and retail lenders. This is a great position for someone who is looking for a first desk job, fresh out of school, or is looking to get their feet wet in automotive Finance and Insurance.Hours:Monday Friday: 11:00 am 7:00 pm with1 Saturday a month: 9:00 am 5:00 pmBenefits:$38,000 - $50,000 per yearHealth, Dental and Vision insuranceEmployee discountPaid vacation and holidaysA career where your efforts are appreciated and rewarded.Opportunity for advancementA positive and professional team environmentResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Verify information is valid and correct while uploading or printing contracts and state paperworkManage different lender portals and ensure proper documents reach their destinationCollect outstanding documents from customers who have already purchasedPrepare document files for titlingEnsure all contracts are funded in a timely fashionKeep records and spreadsheets for different functionsQualifications/Requirements Contract Specialist:Strong computer and internet skillsSome level of computer literacy is necessary we will train the willing candidateExcellent telephone skills.Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.Helpful attitude and a friendly demeanor.Highly professional and dependable.Must have a good work ethic including maintaining a neat work area.Excellent follow-through skills.Good attendance is required.Please upload your resume.
