Revenue AnalystInterested in learning more about this job Scroll down and find out what skills, experience and educational qualifications are needed.Job Type: Full-Time (Hybrid) Location: Renton, WASalary Range: $30.00 - $38.00 Hourly Salary RangePosition SummaryRadiant Global Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Analyst to join our finance team.The Revenue Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely revenue reporting by reviewing, analyzing, and reconciling revenue-related transactions. This role also supports the month-end close process, variance analysis, sales commission administration, and ongoing monitoring of revenue performance.The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, a solid foundation in accounting principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and validate revenue transactions for accuracy and completeness.Calculate, administer, and reconcile monthly sales commissions across multiple compensation plans.Research and resolve commission inquiries, escalating issues as needed.Prepare and post revenue-related journal entries.Reconcile revenue-related general ledger accounts.Analyze gross profit trends, variances, and fluctuations across locations and time periods.Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial statement variance reporting.Assist with documentation for month-end and quarter-end close.Provide ad hoc analysis, reporting, and support for special projects.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).2+ years of experience in accounting or finance (preferred).Foundational knowledge U.S. GAAP; ASC 606 experience a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and Office Suite.Experience with SAP preferred; familiarity with data tools (e.g., Power BI) a plus.Strong analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Work Schedule & EnvironmentFull-time role (minimum 8 hours per day) with flexibility to meet job requirements.Primarily performed in a climate-controlled office environment with moderate noise level.Physical & Language RequirementsAbility to sit, walk, reach, and use hands/fingers for keyboarding and other office tasks.Must be able to communicate clearly, read and interpret documents, and write routine reports and correspondence.Featured BenefitsThis role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (employee and family coverage).Company-paid basic life insurance.Short-Term & Long-Term Disability insurance.Health Savings Account with company contributions.Flexible Spending Account options.401(k) retirement savings plan with 3.5% employer match.80 hours of front-loaded Sick Pay.80 hours of Vacation Pay annually, with increases based on tenure.8 paid holidays per year.Employee Assistance Program (EAP).* Salary Range: $30.00 - $38.00 Hourly Salary Range* Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to an individual's education, work experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
