Primary duties will include: On-boarding/Off-boarding of employment documents and benefits, benefit administration, offer letter management, functioning as the company's NMLS (National Mortgage Licensing System) administrator, and employee relations mattersNOTE: This position is in the Austin office, M-F at our Corporate Office near 360/2222Compensation:$70,000Responsibilities:Create, enact, and improve personnel policies and proceduresEnact and implement human resources programs including benefits, compensation, company evaluation, and trainingHelp shape decision-making through data-driven recommendations on strategic planning, business administration, and the annual budgetMake sure internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records are accurate and up-to-dateMeet with departing employees for exit interviews and receive feedback on our current systems for improvementBenefits AdministrationCompany NMLS Administrator (National Mortgage Licensing System).
