As our Residential Supervisor of Host Homes, you'll get to oversee the day-to-day operations of a group of independent contractor Host Home providers in our residential department, assuring quality care is provided to the individuals residing in the homes.The residents of these homes have been diagnosed with an intellectual and/or developmental disability and receive support from us in their residential setting, so loving working with people is an absolute must for this position! Foks with a background or experience in social services are highly encouraged to apply.Apply Now - $2,000.00 Signing Bonus!We're committed to a great work-life balance here, so you'll get to work full-time at 36 hrs/week with a 4-day work week!RequirementsTwo (2) years supervisory or management experience, preferably in developmental disabilitiesExcellent oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate at all levels with managers, subordinates, individuals in services and othersWork independently with minimal supervisionWork flexible hours, as neededAbility to split time evenly between the sitesAbility to be on a rotating on-call scheduleMeet the physical demands of the position including the ability to push and secure wheelchairs and assist in transfersValid Colorado driver's license and proof of auto insuranceMeet our driving requirements - no suspensions/revocations and no more than two (2) moving violations in the past three (3) yearsPreferredAssociate Degree and/or at least two (2) years advanced study at an accredited college or universityWorking knowledge of the I/DD system, rules, and regulationsWe are committed to racial equity, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of our organization and our partnership with the IDD community.
