Your responsibilities as a Card Disputes & Discrepancies Representative: Manage credit/debit card disputes & discrepancies, ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently and accurately. Review member-submitted disputes, assess liability (including an understanding of Regulation E), and input details into applicable systems. Analyze and correct card reports when they are out of balance, escalating issues to PSCU or other applicable systems as necessary. Balance accounts with an understanding of general ledger basics, which includes managing debits and credits. Utilize Excel proficiently for data management and analysis. Work independently & collaboratively to manage tasks and shifting priorities throughout the day. Communicate effectively with members to gather necessary information when investigating issues. What You Bring: Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, one (1) year of experience in credit/debit card disputes/discrepancies, balancing accounts & general ledger functions, preferably in a financial institution.
