This is a hands-on position with the potential to grow into a supervisory role as we expand the electrical division of our company. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial Electrical construction and service work, is comfortable leading job sites, and can coordinate multiple service calls and teams.Key Responsibilities:Estimating capabilityManage and execute commercial electrical projects from start to finishCoordinate and support service technicians on multiple job sitesProvide efficient, high-quality service with minimal callbacksCommunicate effectively with team members, management, vendors, and customersLift and transport heavy tools and equipmentWork outdoors and in varied weather conditions when requiredParticipate in an on-call rotation, including weekends and overtime as neededMaintain and manage inventory on a fully stocked service truckComplete annual service reviews and documentationRequired Qualifications:Valid Oklahoma Journeyman Electrician License10+ years of hands-on experience in commercial/residential electrical workValid driver's license with an insurable driving recordNo felony convictionsMust be able to pass a drug screeningAbility to lift and move heavy equipment safelyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsMust provide and maintain your own set of hand toolsWork Schedule:Full-time: 40 hours/weekDays: Monday - FridayOn-Call: Weekend availability and overtime as neededCompensation & Benefits:Hourly Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 (based on experience)Holiday Pay: 7 paid holidays, including your birthdayPaid Time Off: 40 hours vacation after 1 year of employmentCompetitive wage and opportunities for growth into supervisory rolesSteady workload"”even during winter monthsHSA (Health Spending Account) eligibilityJoin Our Team:If you're a dependable, experienced journeyman looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company, we want to hear from you.
