Our client is an established leader in the legal industry, consistently ranking among the most desirable workplaces for legal professionals with tremendous professional development opportunities.This position is an opportunity to play a critical role in managing complex electronic discovery processes while leading high-stakes document review projects in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Key responsibilities include:Design and execute comprehensive document review strategies and production workflowsLead case teams through discovery processes, including developing review protocols, and training proceduresProvide counsel on electronically stored information best practices for litigation, regulatory investigations, and compliance mattersSupervise contract attorney teams' performance metrics and quality assurance, providing constructive feedback on deliverablesConduct detailed document review using RelativityDevelop cost-effective, defensible review strategies and assist in designing efficient discovery plansCollaborate with leadership on strategic electronic discovery service improvements and efficiency initiativesOur client fosters a collaborative, diverse work environment where teamwork drives success and eDiscovery attorneys are integral partners in the firm's achievements.
