Key responsibilities include:Maintain current knowledge in American Bar Association Model Rules of Professional Conduct and state-specific variationsContinuously monitor regulatory changes and propose policy modifications to leadership for approvalConduct thorough conflict analysis for new client engagements and attorney hiring processesCollaborate effectively with management teams, conflict analysts, and firm attorneys to gather information for conflict determinationsDevelop and review ethical screening procedures, conflict waiver documents, and risk management provisions for engagement lettersExecute specialized research initiatives focusing on conflict of interest matters and corporate relationship mappingPerform advanced corporate affiliation research and relatedness analysisOur client fosters a collaborative, diverse work environment where teamwork drives success and support professionals are integral partners in the firm's achievements.
