Heavy Diesel Mechanic (ASE Certified) - Full Time

This is a *ground-floor opportunity *with competitive pay, benefits, and the chance to grow with the operation.*Responsibilities** Diagnose, repair and maintain diesel engines, hydraulics, and emergency vehicles.* Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on ambulances, fire trucks, and related vehicles.* Maintain accurate records of service and repairs.* Work independently and as part of the team to ensure fleet readiness.* Willingness to pursue additional certifications, including Emergency Vehicle Technician (EVT).*Qualifications** ASE Certified Heavy Diesel Mechanic (required)* Minimum 2 years of professional mechanic experience (emergency vehicles preferred).* Strong knowledge of diesel systems, hydraulics, and electrical troubleshooting.* Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required).* Ablility to adapt and thrive in a startup environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Retirement plan* Tuition reimbursement* Vision insuranceExperience:* Heavy Diesel Mechanic: 2 years (Preferred)License/Certification:* ASE Certification (Preferred)Work Location: In person
