Associate Attorney

This position requires excellent legal writing skills and a commitment to advocating for clients in complex legal matters. This is an in-person position and may require some travel to attend hearings or interviews. There is opportunity for additional compensation in the form of commission.*Key Responsibilities:*· Represent clients in court and before government agencies.· Draft persuasive legal briefs, motions, and supporting documents for immigration proceedings.· Conduct legal research to develop case strategies and ensure effective representation.· Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and courts.*Qualifications:*· Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar membership in any U.S. state.· Experience in immigration law preferred, especially appeals, briefs, and motions to reopen.· Strong legal research and writing skills.· Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.· Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.*How to Apply:*Interested candidates should submit a resume, cover letter, and a legal writing sample.
