With 40+ years of trusted customer service in metro Atlanta, our Collision Center is one of the fastest-growing in the areaand were looking for technicians ready to take their career to the next level.Apply today and become part of a team where your expertise is valued, your schedule is respected, and your success is supported!We Offer:Competitive pay plan with bonus opportunitieshigher pay for more experienceNo weekends enjoy work-life balanceFlexible schedule options Health, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance401(k) retirement planPaid vacation & holidaysEmployee discounts on vehicle purchases and servicesOngoing training and development programsFinancial planning resourcesAir-conditioned shop for your comfortStable workload with no supply chain issuesFamily-owned, team-oriented environmentCareer growth opportunities with a respected Nissan dealershipResponsibilities Body Shop/Collision Repair Technician:Perform high-quality collision repairs, ensuring vehicles are restored to pre-accident conditionRemove, repair, and replace damaged parts, panels, and componentsStraighten and align vehicle frames and structural componentsFill depressions with body filler and refinish repaired surfacesGrind, sand, file, and smooth repairs for painting and finishingRepair or replace mechanical parts as neededMaintain accuracy and attention to detail in every repairEnsure all work meets manufacturer and safety standardsAssist with writing supplements in line with insurance guidelines when neededAlways follow insurance and OEM (manufacturer) repair proceduresRequirements/Qualifications Body Shop/Collision Repair Technician:Previous experience as a Body Shop or Collision Repair Technician requiredCurrent I-CAR Gold status (or actively working toward completion) strongly preferredProven DRP (Direct Repair Program) experience with a solid history of quality repairsStrong knowledge of repair techniques, tools, and equipmentFamiliarity with OEM certification programs a plusProficient with ALLDATA, CCC, Mitchell, and other repair data systemsAbility to read and interpret estimates accuratelyWelding and frame-straightening experience preferredSkilled in diagnosing, problem-solving, and completing repairs to OEM specificationsExperience with advanced shop equipment (frame, welders, measuring systems, ADAS calibration if applicable)Must own required personal tools in good working orderStrong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented communication skillsCommitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfactionAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environmentWillingness to travel for training/certifications as neededValid drivers license and reliable transportation requiredUpload your resume and complete the online assessment for immediate consideration!Must pass a pre-employment screeningMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current residentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
