Workers' Compensation Attorney

Vernis & Bowling, an AV Rated national firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney for its Workers' Compensation Department in our Atlanta office.Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.Candidates must have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in litigation (with a preference for defense side workers' compensation experience). Candidates must be able to work independently on an assigned caseload. Candidates must also have experience handling general discovery matters, including taking depositions, interviewing witnesses, responding to written discovery, and preparing motions.
