Civil Litigation Attorney

The successful candidate will be familiar with Colorado civil procedure and Colorado law. A high level of integrity is a must as well as a willingness to work with a team. This attorney will be required to research legal issues and comply with all legal standards and regulations.Responsibilities:* Prepare and participate in legal hearings, depositions, and trial.* Prepare briefs.* Motion practice and oral argument* Prepare and participate in mediation, arbitration and settlement negotiations.* Track and bill time.Qualifications:* 5+ years in civil litigation* Licensed in Colorado* Insurance defense experience preferred* Strong research, writing, analytical and problem solving skills* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Attorneys with licenses in Texas, Utah, Arizona, and Wyoming a plus!*Salary Commensurate with Experience.*Job Type: Full-timePay: $125,000.00 - $160,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Vision insuranceApplication Question(s):* Do you have any bar licenses outside of Colorado?
