Senior Housing Staff Attorney

*Duties*To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below.* Appear regularly in Housing Court* Conduct client intake* Maintain a full caseload of clients* Work collaboratively with a supervising attorney, social workers, paralegals and housing advocates and navigators to ensure holistic, high-quality representation*Qualifications** Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.* Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or the ability to be admitted through reciprocity).* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a law office setting with demonstrated expertise in multiple areas of law.* Demonstrated commitment to public interest or pro bono work* Excellent oral and written communication skills* Excellent litigation skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including a managing a high caseload, and remain calm under pressure* Ability to work with highly confidential and privileged information Ability to work independently* Ability to work in a collaborative, holistic team model Proficiency in languages other than English is desirable, but not requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: $95,886.00 - $124,195.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
