This role is perfect for an ambitious professional who is ready to take their career to the next level in the engineering industry.Responsibilities:Lead system integration efforts, ensuring seamless interoperability of hardware and software components.Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the engineering function.Design, develop and test aerospace hardware and mission computer systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Manage complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.Apply systems engineering principles to solve complex problems, developing innovative solutions that meet customer requirements.Develop high-quality technical documentation, clearly communicating system design and functionality.Conduct requirements analysis, translating customer needs into actionable engineering requirements.Manage system configuration, ensuring the integrity and traceability of system components.Collaborate with hardware engineers, providing expert guidance on system design and integration.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry.Proven experience with system integration, process improvement, aerospace hardware, and mission computer systems.Demonstrated project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Strong knowledge of software development principles and practices.Excellent technical writing skills, with the ability to develop clear, concise documentation.Demonstrated ability to conduct requirements analysis and translate customer needs into actionable engineering requirements.Experience with configuration management, ensuring the integrity and traceability of system components.Solid understanding of hardware engineering principles and practices.Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing innovative solutions to complex problems.Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.Interested in hearing more?
