The General Superintendent will be responsible for scheduling project work activities to ensure timely project completion.What You'll Do:Lead day-to-day operations on active job sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standardsCoordinate and supervise field crews and subcontractorsPartner with Project Managers to plan work, monitor costs, and resolve issuesMaintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality protocolsCommunicate with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholdersWhat We're Looking For:8+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing water infrastructure projectsStrong knowledge of excavation, concrete, and pipingProven leadership skills with a hands-on, collaborative approachAbility to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedulesCommitment to safety, quality, and team successReady to take the next step?
