This involves cleaning up data, removing duplicates, and filling in missing information.Work Hours Typically between 8am and 8pmINTERVIEWS REQUIREDHYBRID SCHEDULE (MANAGER WILL PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION DURING INTERVIEW);Tuesday is our core day--the team is expected to be onsite Monday through Wednesday. Thursdays and Fridays may be remote if the worker chooses. Bi-weekly Tuesday Pulse Check meeting mandatory in-person if working on-site that day. Otherwise, remote Teams meeting.Key responsibilities include:- Finding and fixing inaccurate or incomplete data, often through internet research or using resources provided by suppliers and manufacturers.- Sorting MRO items into different categories.- Checking if MRO items already exist in our system, then updating data or making new records as needed.- Using our tool "Integrity" to add new items, update items, and make changes.- Meeting goals set by the Project Manager.Deliverables:- Up-to-date and accurate data in place of incorrect or missing information.- Correct categorization of MRO items, and important details added.- Data from old records included in our item details.- Relevant extra data added to new and updated items.- Items needing more research identified and noted.- Weekly/monthly goals met as set by the Project Manager.This job needs someone detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
