This position plays a key role in ensuring reliability and performance of critical industrial equipment.Candidates with Motor Vehicle assembly and/or NDT Certifications are highly encouraged to apply!Why join us?Competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysTraining and certification supportCareer advancement opportunities in a growing industrial services environmentJob DetailsWhat You'll Do:Review job paperwork to determine work scope, customer requirements, and equipment specificationsPerform testing of electromechanical equipment to identify issues and recommend corrective actionsDiagnose mechanical and electrical abnormalities in rotating equipment during testingUse precision tools and equipment including Data Collectors, Stroboscope, ICM Balancing Program, Vibration Meters, Thermal Imaging, Dial Indicators, Ultrasonic Testers, and shop balance machinesInspect, adjust, and correct balance on rotating assembliesFollow safety and operational procedures while handling heavy equipment and toolsWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 3 years of balancing experience requiredBasic knowledge of mechanical systems2 years of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience preferredAbility to obtain Vibration Institute Certification (Category I or II) within one year of employmentProficiency with basic math functions including fractions and decimalsAbility to read, write, and follow moderately complex instructionsStrong initiative, judgment, and decision-making skillsInterested in hearing more?
