Teamwork, organization, and customer service are crucial to this role.Responsibilities:Provide legal support to attorneysPrepare Probate PleadingsTrack inventory and distribution of assetsKnowledge of IRS FormsRecording documents and deeds with courts, E-FilingProofread all documents and correspondence for accuracyEnter time and print reports as requestedHeavy DictationMaintaining clients files including preparing documents for signingsDaily communication with clients in a professional mannerFiling wills in appropriate counties, ensuring proper docketing and timely filing of all tax returns and court papersCommunicating with governmental agencies, accountants/advisors, financial institutions and other relevant third parties regarding the administration of trusts, estates, and guardianshipsQualifications:Efficient, fast learner, detail-orientedPersonable, professional, and dependable with good phone skillsExperience with HotDocs program is a plus but not required•Hands-on experience in a legal officeInterested in hearing more?
