Easy Apply now by clicking the "Apply Now" button and sending us your resume.Salary: $25 - $29 per hourA bit about us:Our client is a fast growing employee owned manufacturing company.Why join us?Medical, dental and vision coverageExcellent PTO401K matchJob DetailsResponsibilitiesMaintain confidentiality and safeguard company information.Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, from receiving invoices through to final payment.Accurately review, code, and process invoices with proper approvals.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies quickly and effectively.Prepare vendor payments, including ACH, wire transfers, and check runs.Reconcile vendor accounts and statements to ensure accuracy.Track and post corporate credit card expenses.Provide audit support by preparing and organizing AP-related documentation.Assist team members with additional AP functions and projects as needed.Recommend and help refine improvements to AP processes and workflows.Adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures in all AP activities.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus.Minimum of 5 years' experience in an accounting role, with hands-on knowledge of accounts payable.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data entry abilities.Interested in hearing more?
