Develop and implement test processes and methods to ensure product quality and reliability.2. Oversee and process data from environmental tests such as random vibration, static loading, thermal-vacuum testing, acoustic testing, and EMI/EMC testing.3. Design and develop mechanical test fixtures to support testing activities.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and develop corrective actions.5. Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to resolve test issues.6. Mentor and guide junior engineers in their work.7. Continuously seek ways to improve testing processes and methodologies.Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:1. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.2. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in an environmental testing role within the aerospace industry.3. Extensive knowledge and experience in test processes and method development.4. Proven experience in overseeing and processing data from environmental tests such as random vibration, static loading, thermal-vacuum testing, acoustic testing, and EMI/EMC testing.5. Expertise in the mechanical design of test fixtures.6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.7.
